The Farmhouse The large farmhouse at Ash Tree Farm is an old, two storey residence. It comes complete with a wrap around porch, a classic garden full of roses and even a few grapevines that grow along side the house. It remains unlocked at most times, the kitchen, bathroom and lounge are free to use for all who ride here, but don't go behind any of the locked doors. Moderator: IrishEyes |

Main Barn The name says it all. Here is where the horses of Ash Tree Farm reside. The barn comes complete with an office, double stalls, foaling stalls, a wash area, feed and tack room, a loft and a first aid room. Moderator: IrishEyes |

The Arenas Ash Tree Farm has several arenas, some outdoor, and some indoor. There are two dressage arenas, two jump arenas and two empty arenas usually used for beginner lessons and flat work. Moderator: IrishEyes |

Trails Ash Tree Farm has extensive trails reaching out to the very edges of the property. One trail has been converted into a cross-country course, and riders are warned not to ride the course without supervision. It is also advisable not to take to the trails without telling somebody first. |

The Pastures The pastures at Ash Tree are large, each equipped with their own weatherproof shelters and water and feed troughs. The stallions' pastures are located a short distance away from the rest, for safety reasons. |
